I enjoyed the service here with Sam and the others the best. I appreciated Sam and two other ladies being attentive and asking had I ordered, bringing my drinks and offering refills, and their kindness. The food was pretty good having the seasonal barbecue burger and a personal Uno deep dish. The side of vegetables were very good and would recommend getting that. Overall I would come back if I had a craving for bar food and pizza and having late open hours is nice.

We had a great experience at UNO Pizzeria & Grill. The food came out surprisingly fast. The calamari was crispy and delicious, the broccoli cheddar soup was rich and comforting, and the BLT turkey avocado sandwich was packed with flavor. We also loved the pepperoni and Gorgonzola pizza with the hot honey drizzle—it was the perfect mix of savory and sweet. The Caesar salad with added salmon and chicken was a generous portion, and the steak with shrimp was cooked just right. The highlight of our visit, though, was our waitress, Sugey. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our dining experience even better. She checked on us often, had a great attitude, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The only downside was the price. We spent around $180 after tip for four adult meals, two kids’ meals, and one appetizer, which was a little more than we expected. That said, the quality of the food and especially the outstanding service made it a very enjoyable meal. We’d definitely come back, and hopefully we’ll get Sugey as our server again!

We’re back in town this weekend, and had to visit Uno for dinner again last night. They were really busy. Not surprising, given the holiday weekend. The 30 min wait was worth the exceptional service we received from Trinity. Her recommendation for the Imperial Pizza was spot on. Everyone enjoyed their different dishes and drinks, and we look forward to coming next time we’re in town. Thanks again Trinity!

We had such a wonderful experience at UNO Pizzeria thanks to Sugey! She took care of our party of 13 for my birthday dinner, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Despite our large group, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and organized. She made sure everyone’s drinks stayed full, checked on us often, and made sure everything came out correctly. Sugey helped make my birthday celebration even more special with her positive attitude and excellent service. Managing a large party is no easy task, but she handled it with such professionalism and a smile the entire time. We truly appreciated everything she did for us. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Sugey!

Absolutely loved Uno Pizza in Kissimmee! The deep dish Chicago pizza was rich, hearty, and exactly what I hoped for, with that authentic sausage that makes every bite feel like the real deal. Great flavor, great crust, and a perfect stop for a serious pizza fix. Five stars! 🍕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
